I'll treat the smaller of the runs as my short run and generally run without worrying about my BPM.
Also, it occurs to me that having my two bike rides on the weekend may not be the best strategy. Once this VR series is completed and I return to regular training, I'll look at shuffling my schedule.
Edit (9/3/20): I'm going to start shuffling my schedule. I'm going to split the biking apart (long bikes on Thursday & on the weekend). Hopefully, that'll give me more time to recover. I should've implemented this before.
