What a week! Completed V22 and did my longest bike ride ever (100km). It was hard, but I didn't feel as painful the next few days as I expected. I did a short run the day after for recovery.
September 3: Bike
September 4: VR 22 - Short
September 5: VR 22 - Bike
September 6: VR 22 - Long
September 7: 100K Bike
