This week included a 5150 distance virtual race (VR17). I'm happy with my results. The two days after the long run were a bit painful. The recovery day is very welcome.

August 1: VR 17 - Bike
August 2: VR 17 - Long
August 3: Bike
August 4: Bike / Run
(I rode inside due to the poor weather forecast.)
